Arrival & Departure Times
Campsite:
- Arrival time is between 1pm and 8pm for the campsite
- Please call us if you think you may arrive later.
- On departure day, please vacate your Camping Pitch by 11am.
- Choose your pitch when you arrive - but if you wish to be sited next to your friends, we can do that - just let us know when booking.
- All pitches are dog friendly
Glamping Lodges
- Arrival time is from 3pm till 8pm on day of arrival
- Check out is 11am on your last day
- Payment is due when booking
- All bookings are for a maximum of 2 adults (over 18s), sorry no pets
- Please park in the designated "Guest Parking" area to the right of the entrance.
- There is a short walk to get to the lodge, a small cart is provided to assist you with your luggage. Please contact us is require disabled assistance to the accommodation.
- The lodge can be found by following the direction of the white arrows from the car park.
- Your Lodge key can be found at the lodge door in a key safe, your key safe code will be provided before your arrival.
We ask that you follow the below to ensure everyone has a nice time:
Glamping Lodge
- Remove shoes before entering the Glamping lodge and no smoking in the lodge, kitchenette or shower and toilet.
- Strictly NO GLASS in or around the Hot Tub or Hot Tub Area.
- Fires to be kept to designated Fire pit and BBQ and to be supervised and all ash to be placed in metal bin provided
- We have a zero tolerance policy on drugs or illegal activity on site
- Only wood proved on site can be burnt in the BBQ and Fire pit. Burning of charcoal, wood not intended for burning, packaging waste or any other item could cause damage.
- Noise after 11 pm to be kept to a minimum
- Only the guests on the booking are permitted on site unless previously arranged
Campsite
